1.  GENERAL

This Privacy Policy provides information about how Microbiotests Inc based in Ghent 9030, Kleimoer 15, Belgium, handle personal information in line with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679.  This privacy policy explains how we collect personal data and how we will treat them. By supplying your personal data through our website or by sharing personal data via the email adresses by our company members you implicitly declare that you have taken notice of our Privcacy Policy and that you concur with the use of your personal data as further described in this Privacy Policy.

Microbiotests is committed to the responsible handling and protection of personal information. We collect the following personal information for example if you register for a request for a quotation or order,a request for additional information relateded to our product range, and by our contact form.

Including the following:

    Microbiotests Inc. uses personal information to deliver marketing and event communications to you across various platforms, such as email newsletter, telephone, text messaging, direct mail and online.  If we send you a future marketing email, we will clearly ask you to opt-in to future newsletter campaigns.  It will also include instructions on how to opt-out of receiving these e-mails in the future.
